Quality Policy
The quality of the product and service is strategic for the growth and success of a company. In this perspective, the company organization must aim at achieving and maintaining specific objectives, which, from an overall perspective, must lead to the achievement of the global quality strategy. To achieve this, the primary objective of Euralpha di Guido Festa Srl is complete customer satisfaction: being chosen and having the trust and preference of our customers means excelling in efficiency, quality, performance and image.
To achieve these objectives, our Company aims to promote, develop and support the following activities:
- Adoption of a Quality Management Program in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard
 - Establishment, implementation and support of the Quality Management Service in order to guarantee the correct management of the program
 - Involvement of all offices, departments and agents with a view to customer satisfaction, through compliance of the product and service with the specified requirements, competitive performance and prices, flexibility, timeliness and punctuality in deliveries, absence of errors
 - Constant commitment to continuous improvement of the performance of business processes
 - Certification by an accredited independent certification body
 - Compliance with environmental, safety and hygiene regulations in the workplace
