To achieve these objectives, Management undertakes to promote, develop and support the following lines of action:

• maintain a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, subject to
  periodic audits by an accredited independent certification body;
• ensure, through the Quality Management Service, constant oversight of the system, monitoring of processes and
  the effectiveness of corrective and improvement actions;
• actively involve all offices, departments, technicians and agents in customer focus, through the conformity of products and services to the specified requirements, competitive performance and prices, flexibility, punctuality in deliveries and maintenance work, and the systematic reduction of errors;
• adopt an approach based on risk and process data to anticipate critical issues, define measurable quality objectives and periodically verify their achievement;
• ensure clear communication to staff, suppliers and Customers about the commitments made under this policy and the results achieved;
• pursue the continuous improvement of business process performance, including through training and the development of the skills of all staff;
• comply with current regulations on the environment, safety and occupational health, as an essential condition for a responsible and sustainable business.

This Quality Policy is communicated to all staff, made available to interested parties and reviewed
periodically by Management to ensure its continuing suitability with respect to the company’s context and objectives.
